PDIS  914     52-10  5125     03MAR26 23:10 OGG  FACT  L1 ENTRY DOOR WOULD NOT SHOW DISARM.  DISARM LEVER DID NOT COMPLETELY DISARM (LEVER AND KNUCKLE  BLOCKER) REQUIRED MAINTENANCE TO DISARM THE DOOR.       FACT 03MAR26 23:27   OGG  AMM: 52-11-00-2  REMOVED UNWANTED MATERIAL FROM THE DOORWAY AND IN BETWEEN SLIDER WHICH DID NOT   ALLOW FOR CORRECT ENGAGEMENT OF THE GIRT BAR SLIDER WITH THE FLOOR FITTINGS. OPS   CHECK GOOD OF GIRT BAR AND ARMING MECHANISM. OK FOR SERVICE.
