REPAIRED RH WING OB FLAP LOWER SURFACE DENT AT OTEF STA 250 IAW SRM 57-53-01- 2R-2   FIGURE 201-204 AND SRM 51-70-04-2R-1 PARA 4G FIGURE 210 REV 51.0 AND EA G-5750-T0386941 P1.  THIS IS A MAJOR REPAIR PER GMM 6-2-100.
