LEFT WING, GOUGES ON LWR SKIN OF NR 5 SLAT TRAILING EDGE WEDGE AT APPROX. 42   INCHES FROM INBD EDGE REPAIRED LT WING NR 5 SLAT T/E WEDGE TOP SKIN AT WS 446.4 IAW SRM 57-43-02-2R AND SRM 51-70-10-2R. THIS IS A MAJOR REPAIR.  SEE JPF STEPS FOR OTHER WORK ACCOMPLISHED, ON NR# 0392 WO# 91963.
