TE FLAP DISAGREE ON APPROACH AFTER SELECTING FLAPS  1. COMPLIED WITH QRH.   EMERGENCY DECLARED.   FIM 27-51-00 FT 808  TROUBLESHOT IAW WITH FIM 27-51-00 FT 808. FOUND  LEFT INBOARD DRIVE  TRANSMISSION FOR INBOARD FLAPS  OVERLOAD INDICATOR EXTENDED. RESET INDICATOR. RAN  FLAPS THROUGH 3 CYCLES. INDICATOR STAYED SEATED. NO  OTHER FAULTS NOTED. AC OK FOR FLIGHT.
