FABRICATED NEW FLOOR PANEL 241EFF, MPN: 145T5874-40, LBL 77.50-LBL 86.50, STATION 764 - 933   IN REF TO BOEING DWG 145T5874-40. SEE JPF FOR ALL WORK PERFORMED. THIS IS A MAJOR   REPAIR. INSTALLATION OF THIS PANEL WILL BE ACCOMPLISHED ON WO# 91865 NR# 0359.
