TE FLAP DISAGREE EICAS ALONG WITH TE FLAP FAILURE DESCENT TO MEMPHIS.  RAN CHECKLIST, DROVE US  FROM 9.1.17 TO 9.1.14, LANDED WITH FLAPS LESS THAN TOUCHDOWN 160KTS OR A LITTLE MORE. DECLARED  EMERGENCY. EMERGENCY DECLARED.  AMM 27-51-06-4 COMPLETED INSTALLATION OF L/H I/B #4 FLAP TRANSMISSION.  OPS TESTED GOOD.  NO FAULTS NOTED.  OK FOR SERVICE.
