LEFT WING NR 2 SLAT, UPPER SURFACE HAS SLAT SKIN PEELING UP. MARKED WITH TAPE. REPAIRED LT WING NR 2 SLAT TOP SKIN AT WS 688 IAW SRM 57-43-02-2R AND SRM 51-70-10-2R. THIS IS A MAJOR REPAIR, SEE JPF STEPS FOR OTHER WORK ACCOMPLISHED.
