## Discrepancy

LEFT AND RIGHT FUEL OVERRIDE CIRCUIT BREAKERS ARE TRIPPED ON PREFLIGHT.  REINSTALLED THE P33 PANEL.  AWAITING RETEST REQUIREMENTS FROM ENGINEERING IAW AMM: 20-11-00-2 AND SWPM 20-60-03.  PANEL P33 INSTALLATION CHECK PER MTSIS AND MOCC.
