EXCESSIVE CABINET ALTITUDE WARNING DURING DECENT  PASSING THROUGH 14,000FT. COMPLIED WITH ECAM &  EXPEDITED OUR DECENT. BOTH OUTFLOW VALVES SHOWED  CLOSED & AMBER AND OUTFLOW VALVE WAS FULLY OPEN.
