DURING  PREFIGHT FOUND R-1 DOOR WILL NOT ARM . DOOR IS LOCKED AND INDICATED.  AMM: 25-66-01-4 FOUND R1 PASSENDER DOOR STATIC LINE CAUGHT IN PUSHROD. REROUTED CARBINER STATIC LINE NO DEFECTS NOTED. OPS CHECKED GOOD. ACFT OK FOR SERVICE.
