MAIN DECK CARGO COMPARTMENT, FLOOR PANEL 231CFF HAS PUNCTURE DAMAGE. THIS REPAIR WAS ACCOMPLISHED WITH NO DAMAGE REMOVAL   INSPECTED, NO MATERIAL VERIFICATION, NO OK TO BOND/INSTALL,  THIS IS A REWORK SNRM AND MALFUNCTION CODE SHOULD BE 21. REPAIRED MAIN DECK 231CFF FLOORBOARD, P/N 143T5876-9, AT STA 412- STA 532, LBL-33",   LBL54.75. SEE JPF FOR WORK PERFORMED, IN REF TO B767 53-00-50-2R PARG 4 (B) AND B767   DWG# 143T5876-9. REINSTALLATION OF FLOORBOARD WILL BE CONTINUED ON W/O 92696, NR460.  MAJOR REPAIR.
