MAIN DECK CARGO COMPARTMENT, FLOOR PANEL 231DFA HAS PUNCTURE DAMAGE.   FABRICATED FLOOR PANEL 231DFA (MPN: 143T5876-63) AT STA 412, BETWEEN LBL54.75-LBL77.5. IN  REF TO BOEING DRAWING 143T5876-63, AND SR67-53-009. SEE JPF FOR ALL THE WORK  PERFORMED. THIS IS A MAJOR REPAIR.
