R1 EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT FAILS OPS TEST.   PREMATURE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION  OFF  MPN: 2012-1.  REPLACED BATTERY, NO HELP.  REMOVED AND REPLACED  POWER SUPPLY/TRAY ASSY AND INSTALLED NEW BATTERY,  OPS CHECKS NORMAL. OK TO CONTINUE.    CHARGER/TRAY REMOVED P/N 2012-1  NO S/N NOTED.
