PUNCTURE HOLE IN FLOORBOARD 231NFF AT CARGO STATION 4L.  FABRICATED MAINDECK CARGO FLOOR PANEL 231NFF, BS 654 22 - 654 22, LBL   33 - LBL 54.75. IAW DWG 143T5876-119, AND SR67-53-009. SEE JPF FOR   ALL WORK PREFORMED. THIS IS A MAJOR REPAIR.
