## Discrepancy

AUTO FUEL FEED FAULTED. USED QRH PROCEDURES TO RESET SYS. NR 2 PUMP FAULTED & WOULD NOT RESET. NR 1 INNER TANK PUMP DEFERRED, LEAVING NO OPERATING PUMP IN RT TANK & APPROX 25,000 POUNDS IN RT TANK UNUSABLE. DECLARED EMERGENCY & TRIED TO ESTABLISH A WAY TO BURN FUEL FROM RT INNER TANK. APPARENTLY SYS RESET, REGAINING USE OF NR 1 INNER TANK PUMP & WERE ABLE UNDER CAPTAIN`S EMERGENCY AUTHORITY TO USE DEFERRED PUMP TO AVOID FUEL IMBALANCE. T/S IAW TSM 28-21-00, FIG 108 TO STEP 9.  R & R 42QA, 104QA & 106QA REPLACED.  PERFORMED AUTO FUEL FEED CONTROLLER ADJUSTMENT/TEST, EXTERNAL STATUS LEDS SHOWIING RED, GREEN, GREEN, RED CODE 9, CHECK RELAYS 36QA, 42QA, 104QA, 106QA. AFFC STATUS LEDS ALL GREEN. IAW TSM 28-21-00.
