FIM: 73-21 FAULT TREE 822  ON HIGH POWER RUN FOUND LH EEC WENT TO OFF AS  THROTTLES WERE INCREASED. PERFORMED FIM 73-21 FAULT  TREE 822 ON STEP 7 SHEET 2 PLUG D4160 PIN 7 HAS  28VDC. PER FIM BLOCK 30 NEEDS REPLACEMENT ELH EEC.  WAITING ON PARTS
