NUMBER 7 SLAT UPPER SURFACE T/E WEDGE HAD A DENT AT OSS 390 AND 6" FWD OF AFT END.  REPAIRED NR 7 SLAT UPPER SURFACE TRAILING EDGE WEDGE DENT IAW SRM 51-70-10-2R, FIG 201, SHEET 3.   MAJOR REPAIR.
