## Discrepancy

PASSING THROUGH 17000FT THE FWD 	ACCESS DOOR EICAS APPEARED ALONG WITH THE ACCESS   DOOR OVERHEAD LIGHT. THE AIRCRAFT BEGAN TO DEPRESSURIZATION SIMULTANEOUSLY. WE   RAN THE QRH PROCEDURE AND LANDED UNEVENTFULLY.   AMM: 52-48-01-4.  ADJUSTED FWD ACCESS DOOR LATCH PIN IAW AMM 52-48-01-4, FWD ACCESS DOOR OPS CHECK   GOOD.
