LEFT WING NO.8 LEADING EDGE SLAT LOWER SURFACE LOOSE FASTENER INNER BROKEN RIB AT   STATION XOS 1141.221 REMOVED AND REPLACED AS PER EA1-5750-T0389101 PART 1.  REPAIR CLASSIFIED AS MAJOR PER GMM 6-2-100.
