## Discrepancy

FDM 9961 CMH.  NR 2 HYD SYSTEM WENT TO ZERO PSI.  MX FOUND A LOOSE B-NUT AND TIGHTENED IT.  MX PERFORMED AN OPS CHECK AND ALL CHECKS WERE NORMAL.
