FDM 6208 PHL-JFK (1732 PHX LCL).  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO THE GATE DUE TO RIGHT STALL WARNING LIGHT.  MX REMOVED AND REPLACED FLAP POSITION INDICATOR.
