## Discrepancy

FDM 6205 JFK-PVD (0555 PHX LCL) - PILOT REPORTED THAT THE FLAPS ONLY GO TO 4 DEGREES ON INDICATOR.  MX REPLACED THE FLAP INDICATOR.
