FDM 6036 ATL-ORF (1600 PHX LCL) - AILERON SYSTEM 2 INOP MESSAGE CYCLES ON AND OFF WITH HYDRAULIC PRESSURE OFF.  MX REMOVED AND REPLACED STANDBY ATTITUDE INDICATOR AND AILERON SYSTEM 2 MANIFOLD OPS GOOD.
