## Discrepancy

CONVERTER FAILED AND BEGAN TO MELT THE SIDEPANEL CARPET (WHICH WAS LYING ON TOP OF IT).  AT THIS TIME THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE IS UNCERTAIN.
