## Discrepancy

WITH IGNITION SWITCH CLOSED STARTER MOTOR SPINS BUT WILL NOT TURN ENGINE.  UPON REMOVAL OF STARTER ADAPTER FOUND CLUTCH SPRING BROKEN.  PILOT REPORTED (STARTER INOP).
