## Discrepancy

ON INSPECTION OF THROTTLE LEVER ON CARBURETOR,  FOUND TO STICK INTERMITTENTLY.  NO EXTERNAL DAMAGE OR CONDITION WAS FOUND TO BE CAUSE OF THIS FAILURE.
