DURING A SCHEDULED INSPECTION, TECH HAD A HARD TIME PULLING THE THROTTLE BACK TO IDLE, INSPECTED CABLE AND FOUND IT TO BE KINKED NEAR THE CONSOLE END, CABLE WAS INSTALLED AT THE FACTORY
