DURING A SCHEDULED INSPECTION, FOUND THE G SWITCH ON THE ELT TO BE INOP, TALKING TO A SERVICE TECH WAS TOLD THAT THIS G SWITCH IS KNOWN FOR FAILURE IN AS LITTLE AS 1 YEAR IN SERVICE.
