## Discrepancy

DURING THE REPAIR OF A LANDING GEAR ISSUE, THE POWERPACK WAS REPLACED WITH UNITS FROM INVENTORY, BOTH HYDRAULIC POWERPACKS WERE FOUND TO BE BYPASSING INTERNALLY AND WOULD NOT DEVOLOPE SUFFICIANT PRESSURE TO OPERATE THE SHUT OFF SWITCH.
