CREW NOTICED ELEC BURNING SMELL IN CABIN ON APPROACH INTO ANC.  MX FOUND COCKPIT & CABIN BLOWER ASSEMBLY PN 6608267-2 MOTOR INOPERATIVE.  ASSEMBLY WAS REPLACED & THE ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
