SCRAPER SEALS FAILING.  3 AIRCRAFT,  BRAKE ASSEMBLIES SO FAR.  SCRAPER SUPPORTS PISTON GUIDE AND IS COMING UNSEATED.  THE GUIDE THEN SHIFTS IN THE BORE AND COCKS THE PISTON SIDEWAYS AND THE SEAL BECOMES INEFFECTIVE.  WAITING ON ENGINEERING DISPOSITION FROM ABSC.
