DURING C-CHECK, FOUND BEAR STRAP HAS MISDRILLED HOLES IN FORWARD LOWER CARGO COMPARTMENT.  REPAIRED BEAR STRAP IAW B727 SRM 51-10-7 AND TIMCO REO NR S00428 BY INSTALLING FREEZE PLUG REPAIR.  (M)
