## Discrepancy

PART 91 FLIGHT OPERATIONS, AIRCRAFT WAS OVERTORQUED TO 123.4 PERCENT DURING TAKEOFF.  MECHANIC INVESTIGATED, FOUND THROTTLE FRICTION HIGH ON MAXIMUM FUEL SETTING AND DID NOT ALLOW FOR POSITIVE CONTACT OF FUEL CONTROL STOPS.
