## Discrepancy

DURING SCHEDULED ANNUAL INSPECTION, CRACKS WERE FOUND ON THE FWD  ROOF BEAM,  STA. 83 , AT INTERSECTION OF VERTICAL TUNNEL.  CRACKS WERE FOUND IN THE INSIDE LEFT HAND SIDE AND THE RIGHT HAND CORNER.
