## Discrepancy

SPARKS FROM RT SIDE START CONTACT PANEL DURING NR 2 ENGINE START/INSP.  FOUND START CONTACT RELAY SHORTED.  REPLACED RELAY, OPS CHECKED SYSTEM SATISFACTORY.
