## Discrepancy

CABIN ALTITUDE CLIMBED WHILE AT ALTITUDE (26000) DEPLOYED MASKS.  FOUND DEBRIS STUCK IN THE OUTFLOW VALVE.  CLEAN VALVE, OPS CHECKED SATISFACTORY.
