## Discrepancy

IRRITATING SMELL / SMOKE IN COCKPIT/CABIN AFTER FLAP EXTENSION.  SHUT ENGINES DOWN ON TAXIWAY, INSPECTED AIRCRAFT AND FOUND FLAP MOTOR SHORTED.  REPLACED FLAP MOTOR, OPS CHECK SATISFACTORY.
