EMERGENCY LIGHTS BY ROW 1 THRU ROW 5 WILL NOT ILLUMINATE.  MX RESEATED THE CONNECTOR ON THE EMERGENCY BATTERY IAW EMM 33-50-02, OPS CHECKED GOOD.
