DURING A SCHEDULED ROUTINE INSPECTION, FOUND A CRACK ON FRAME AT FS 163 AND STRINGER 9AR, .9 INCHES IN LENGTH.  REPAIRED IAW EO 12-1900-53-005. MAJOR REPAIR.
