DURING A SCHEDULED ROUTINE INSPECTION,  FOUND A CRACK EXTENDING FROM THE 2 O'CLOCK POSITION ON THE AFT HORIZONTAL STAB SPAR CENTER WEB, .281" IN LENGTH.  REPAIRED  IAW FR-EO-02386. MAJOR REPAIR
