## Discrepancy

PILOT REPORTED THAT THE LANDING GEAR FAILED TO EXTEND NORMALLY, PERFORMED MANUAL EXTENSION, DECLARED AN EMERGENCY, LANDED SAFELY.  MX WAS ABLE TO DUPLICATE PROBLEM, REPLACED RT MLG ACTUATOR.  REF TC 1900-3230.10, OPS CHECKED GOOD.
