DURING A SCHEDULED ROUTINE INSPECTION, FOUND CRACKS IN THE RT LOWER PRESSURE BULKHEAD RADIATING FROM FASTENERS AT THE INBD EDGE OF THE BULKHEAD, 8 CRACKS, 3.1" IN TOTAL LENGTH.  REPAIRED AFFECTED AREA IAW EO 12-1900-53-040.   MAJOR REPAIR.
