DURING A SCHEDULED ROUTINE INSPECTION FOUND A CRACK ON FRAME AT FS 163.97 AT STRINGER 9R CUTOUT, .5" IN LENGTH.   REPAIRED IAW EO 12-1900-53-053.   MAJOR REPAIR.
