PILOT REPORTED THAT THE CARGO DOOR CAME OPEN IN FLIGHT, LANDED SAFELY.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED ALL PARTS AND FRAMES REQ IAW SRM, OPS CHECKED FLIGHT SAT.
