DURING A SCHEDULED ROUTINE INSPECTION, FOUND TWO CRACKS ON THE VERTICAL STAB LT FWD SPAR CAP ANGLE TOP TWO RIVETS, 2 INCHES IN LENGTH.  MAINTENANCE REPAIRED IAW EO 12-1900-55-056.  MAJOR REPAIR.
