DURING A SCHEDULED ROUTINE INSPECTION, FOUND A CRACK IN THE AFT HORIZONTAL STAB WEB, 0.125" IN LENGTH.     REPAIRED IAW EO 12-1900-558-070.  MAJOR REPAIR.
