## Discrepancy

DURING A SCHEDULED ROUTINE INSPECTION FOUND A CRACK IN THE RT SPAR CAP AT THE SECOND FASTENER, FWD VERT STAB, 0.375" IN LENGTH.  REPAIRED IAW EO 13-1900-55-008.  MAJOR REPAIR.
