DURING A SCHEDULED ROUTINE INSPECTION FOUND A CRACK ON THE FRAME FLANGE AT FS 177.35 AND STRINGER 13L, 1.5" IN LENGTH.   REPAIRED IAW EO 13-1900-53-031.  MAJOR REPAIR.
