## Discrepancy

PILOT REPORTED THE 4C OUTER HANDLE ON THE OVERWING EXIT IS POPPED.  MX SECURED THE EMERGENCY EXIT OUTER HANDLE.  OPS CHECKED GOOD REF BMM 52-20-00-201.
