DURING A SCHEDULED INSPECTION, MX FOUND THE AFT MIDDLE SPAR WEB ON THE HORIZONTAL STABILIZER CRACKED.  REPAIRED IAW EO 13-1900-55-022.   MAJOR REPAIR.
